UCAS and Student Finance

You may qualify for a range of financial support options to help support you with your studies. You can apply for a student loan to help pay tuition fees and a Maintenance Loan to help with living expenses.
UCSD also offers a bursary of up to £1000 to help you with the costs associated with studying a degree.

Stepping Up to Higher Education
The Stepping up to Higher Education programme has been developed in conjunction with UCSD students and what they consider to be helpful to know before teaching commences.
The Stepping Up to Higher Education programme consists of five online guide The Stepping Up to Higher Education programme consists of bite-sized messages, five online guides, six 45 minute workshops held in June, July and September and an online induction. s and practical workshops.
The online guides introduce new concepts and provide advice and guidance to help you make the transition to university level study. The workshops enable you to apply and practice the skills you need to be a university student and successful professional.

About Us and Our Local Area

The new and innovative £17 million Hi Tech & Digital Centre is also open to UCSD students. It provides a visionary facility for higher education and training support towards ever-expanding hi tech, manufacturing, digital and creative sectors across Torbay, South Devon and wider regions.
