Accommodation
We provide double rooms, for one person, all fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit, desk and chair. The accommodation is a house share with between 3 and 8 people. Some rooms have en-suites. The ratio of bathrooms to rooms is one to three people at the most. All bathrooms have a shower and some have a bath too.
All accommodation has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven hob, washing machine, in the larger house a tumble drier as well, a table where you can eat at and plenty of space. There is at least one lounge, depending on the number of people sharing the house. Bike storage is also available.
The accommodation is close to Paignton Town Centre and the beach with easy access to South Devon College.
All utility bills and broadband are included in the rent.

There is a £200 deposit and we will ask for a Guarantor. The tenancy agreement is from September until the end of July.

International students
When we make you an offer of a place, we will contact you to assist you in finding a suitable and affordable place to live. It’s a good idea to start looking for accommodation as soon as possible so you know what is available in the Paignton/Torbay area. However, you may not be able to make your final arrangements before you have obtained your visa and we have confirmed your place.
