A leader in adult care will guide and inspire teams to make positive differences to someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges. This course provides the opportunity for you to develop and practise the skills and knowledge required for employment and/or career progression within adult care in England.
The Leader in Adult Care course develops a detailed understanding of business development, financial control, organisational resilience and continuity as well as service improvement and managing end of life care. You’ll also be considering the key skills to put this knowledge into practice and how to operate as an effective leader within your care setting. You will be learning in challenging environments, ensuring that when you graduate you will be well prepared to work in almost any setting.
The full time fees for the academic year 2023-24 are:
- BA and BSc (Hons) – £9000.00 (per year)
- Foundation Degree (FdA and FdSc) – £8825.00 (per year)
- Higher National Certificate (HNC) – £8825.00 (per year)
