Course Overview


The foundation degree in Health Studies explores a range of contextualised health related issues, as well as developing your study and research skills. We provide an up-to-date and relevant course in terms of both subject knowledge and skills. This course provides students an in-depth understanding of health and healthcare and you learn to research, analyse and evaluate health and health-related issues from a multidisciplinary standpoint.

Through our Health Studies foundation degree, we help develop your awareness of your subject-specific skills, transferable skills and provide you with a reflective approach to learning. This experience gives our graduates an advantage when applying for employment or further study.
